We focus on established businesses, not start-ups or early-stage ventures. Our partners are typically profitable companies seeking capital for accelerated growth, operational expansion, or strategic acquisitions.
Geography
We are exclusively focused on opportunities within the East African Community, specifically Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, and Tanzania.
Market Leadership
The company must be a leader or a strong number-two player in its sector, with a defensible and sizable market share.
Proven Business Model
We invest in companies with a strong track record, validated by robust unit economics and a clear path to sustainable profitability.
Pricing Power
